i spent a gd time with myself yesterday… hehehe.. was in a gd mood… so the baking was good too :beam1 in fact, my assistant=my mum needs to take urgent leave so i was left alone in the end..
this time.. kneading the dough was soooo tedious… coz… my assistant was not ard to give me a hand… believe it or not.. i took 1hr to knead the dough… and i can’t use a mixer coz the flour won’t mix well… at the end of the kneading… my whole body was wet with perspiration!!! the effort pays off i guess :grin1
and it’s true tt practise mks perfect!! :blush1
the truth is….. i didn’t dare to let any of my frens try it…even BH haven’t tried it yet…..coz…. the bread wld turn hard the next day :err1 maybe coz i didn’t put any preservatives…
BUT the bread is nice….come on… give me some credit… hehehe… my sis ate like 7buns,my mum ate 5buns, i ate 4 buns, .. my dad ate 3buns! and i didn’t force it down their throat!!! wahahahaha
