geez. juz got back from sch… i feel tired…. hmm… sch is tiring lar… i didnt do invigilation today… BUT i got to do invigilation tml…
i am so angry with that bloody class that i’ve been relieving for the longest time… that class is a living HELL… it’s a P3 class…it’s damn noisy… the boys shout at the top of their voice and treat the class like a playground.. the worst thing is.. they are not afraid of me… no matter how fierce i am.. yes.. i gave them a BLACK face when i entered their class for the very 1st time… BUT it juz didn’t work….
to top it up…. i took them for like 3hrs yesterday.. 1.5hrs today…. it’s HELL… i thot i cld die.. coz those BOYS were playing with insects!!!!! :pout1 those insects were v disgusting ok! and i got the boys to surrender them… yucks! but i still got to act brave…. and luckily it was the last period.. i got that naughty boy to put those insects back to the place he caught them…
today… they didn’t play wif insects… BUT they played with plasticine and glitter…. argh…. it’s ok if they dun mk too much noise… BUT it’s HELL…
let me tell u.. i have a bloody ulcer at my mouth and it mks it hard to speak too… the ulcer hurts…….yes… the living pains of a teacher…
HOWEVER, i can’t help but to think tt teaching is quite a gd job…
1) stable income
2) least likely to be retrenched
3) children are easier to deal with than adults
4) morning session can go home early…. after session can go sch later
5) things u need to do… lesson plans.. admin stuff… attend meeting…
6) 5 day week
7) good bonus…
what’s so bad abt teaching?? i’m sure i’ll get the hang of things…. like… in future if i have more experience.. Lesson planning will be easier.. children will be afraid of me coz i’m a permanent teacher… admin stuff i’ll be able to handle coz i dun have any family commitments…. i can have all the time i want on my work…i have nothing to lose :beam1
yes… i’m sure BH dun mind a busy me.. :beam1 coz i’ll not disturb him that much… furthermore, he will be bz as it’s his last 1.5 yrs before he graduate… and then he’ll probably be bz with work.. and i’ll be bz completing my bond….
yupz…. my life is good…. i shld count my blessings :beam1
i always pity those teachers with kids… coz they need to worry abt their health when they are sick…. and they got a family life… and being young parents.. they’ll have lots of bills to pay…
so i was telling BH that…. IF and only IF we are gonna be together in future…. i’ll work to get my monthly pay…. though the pay is low… i’m not gonna tk up extra jobs and give myself unnecessary stress… yes.. i’ll try to get promoted though… heeez…. the pt is i’m willing to save-up every single cent of my pay… wahahaha… a slow way to get rich… BUT if BH work… then i can leech from him… anyway, he MUST sub me a Credit Card! :wink1

things i have to bear in mind….
English
1) every 3 units pupils need to do 4 compositions( 1 from WB, 3 from outseide ( situation or picture with a qn mark)
2) of the 4 compos… 1 compo must involve peer editing
3) do exercise from homework bk after a topic is being taught (give pupils as hw)
quite manageable i think…
every 2 weeks have to do a lesson plan schedule + reflection on the lessons…. for every lesson i need a lesson plan…BUT the schedule is part of my lesson plan already…
right… not so bad for the planning part….
the bottomline…………. I WILL SURVIVE :grin1
